No house parties
Please keep gatherings small and intimate to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
Quiet hours
No loud music or noise after 11 PM. We want everyone to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
Cushion care
Please keep indoor cushions inside and outdoor cushions outside to maintain their quality.
No smoking
Please avoid smoking indoors to maintain a clean and fresh environment.
Cleaning services for your stay
At Ukio, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Below, you’ll find details about your complimentary monthly cleaning and how to request additional services to keep your home fresh.
How does cleaning work?
Each stay includes one complimentary cleaning service per month, which also covers bedding and towel changes.
Details of your scheduled cleaning, including the date and time for each month of your stay, can be found in your check-in email. If you have access to your Guest Portal you can also view this information there. If the schedule doesn’t work for you, feel free to contact us to make changes.
How do I request additional cleaning?
Any additional cleaning can be arranged by contacting our Guest Experience team. Simply click the button below to reach us via WhatsApp or submit your request through your Guest Portal. We kindly ask that you contact us at least 5 days in advance.
Additional cleaning price
- Home cleaning (without linen change): 50€
- Linens and towel change: 38€
- Home cleaning with linen change: 88€
Ukio recommends taking precautions with valuable objects even when using our trusted cleaning service.
Plants care
Plants add a special touch to each of our homes. A little care goes a long way!
Indoor plants
They are in self-watering pots with a water level indicator. Please refill weekly between the two red lines after removing the lid.
Outdoor plants
They operate with self-irrigation systems, so no need to worry about watering them.
Cactus
They need to be watered once a month.
How to manage your waste

Meet your portero
In Spain, many apartment buildings feature a Portero (Doorman) – the welcoming face of the building! Their roles can vary: some oversee general operations and ensure everything runs smoothly, while others assist with specific tasks.
We suggest kindly asking them directly to understand their role in your building. Your portero can be a helpful presence, adding a touch of ease and familiarity to your Ukio home.
