What if I need to leave earlier than planned?
Need to leave earlier than planned? That’s OK! Early termination of your contract is possible, though it may involve specific fees. Just reach out the guest experience team, and they’ll guide you through the process.

What amenities are included in the apartments?
Our apartments come with all the essentials for a comfortable stay: high-speed WiFi, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit, Bluetooth speaker, kitchen and bathroom essentials, Smart TV, and even a vinyl record player for a touch of charm. Everything you need to feel at home!
Can I register a Ukio apartment as my permanent residence with local authorities?
Laws vary by country, but Ukio apartments are designed for temporary stays, meaning our contracts generally cannot be used for permanent residence registration.
The only exception is Berlin, where guests are required to register with the city hall.
