Check-out process

We aim to make your departure as easy and convenient as possible, so you can enjoy your final moments in your Ukio home.

7 days before departure:

You will receive an email with detailed instructions to guide you through the check-out process.

What the email includes:

  • Step-by-step instructions for a smooth, hassle-free check-out experience.
  • Clear details on how to return keys (if applicable) and complete any final tasks.
Modern white suitcases placed in warm, stylish living room, perfect for travel concepts.

Check-out time

To make sure every guest enjoys a clean and comfortable stay, we kindly ask you to check out by 10 AM. This gives our cleaning team the time they need to prepare the apartment thoroughly and ensure it’s perfect for the next guests.

Booking extension

We’d love to help you stay longer in your temporary home, but please note that bookings are based on availability, so your current apartment may already be reserved by another guest. If this happens, we’ll be happy to help you find a comparable option.

In case you require to request a booking extension, please follow the points of contact of our Guest Experience team with your current ID booking and flat name. If you have access to your Guest Portal, you can also use it to make your request seamlessly.

Security deposit

We hold your security deposit just in case there are any damages or extra cleaning needed after your stay. Don’t worry, it will be refunded quickly after we check everything, and we’ll share all the details with you.

If you have access to your Guest Portal, you’ll find this information there as well. Even after your stay, you will retain access to your Portal for a limited time, where you can review all the details related to your security deposit and other information.

Please note that any necessary repairs, missing items, or extensive cleaning beyond the standard services provided may result in deductions from your security deposit. We kindly ask for your understanding, as this ensures the apartment is well-maintained for future guests.
