How to get medical assistance

Call the G24 Call Center anytime.
Get help from licensed doctors as quickly as possible. Prescriptions and advice are given digitally.
Medical consultations (video or in-home) and ambulance transfer, if needed, are included at no cost. All admin is handled for you.
If hospital care is required, you’ll be taken directly to a Quirónsalud emergency room with priority entry. Payment (via insurance or direct) is only required at the hospital.
