To keep things smooth for everyone, please follow these simple tips:
No house parties
Please keep gatherings small and intimate to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
Quiet hours
No loud music or noise after 11 PM. We want everyone to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
Cushion care
Please keep indoor cushions inside and outdoor cushions outside to maintain their quality.
No smoking
Please avoid smoking indoors to maintain a clean and fresh environment.
Cleaning services for your stay
At Ukio, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Below, you’ll find details about how to request additional services to keep your home fresh.
How do I request additional cleaning?
Any additional cleaning can be arranged by contacting our partner My Personal Services. Simply click the buttons below to text them via WhatsApp or send them an email. We kindly ask that you contact them at least 3 business days in advance.
Additional cleaning price
- Home cleaning (without linen and towel change): 20€/hour
Ukio recommends taking precautions with valuable objects even when using our trusted cleaning service.
Plants care
Plants add a special touch to each of our homes. A little care goes a long way.
Indoor plants
They are in self-watering pots with a water level indicator. Please refill weekly between the two red lines after removing the lid.
Outdoor plants
They operate with self-irrigation systems, so no need to worry about watering them.
Cactus
They need to be watered once a month.
