Check-in time
Standard check-in hours are between 15:00 and 21:00 to ensure a smooth arrival experience and give our team enough time to prepare your apartment. If you are unable to check in during this time frame, follow the points of contact of our Guest Experience team or submit a request directly through your Guest Portal.
Arriving early?
If you would like to check-in prior to 15:00, we can accommodate this request if there is no prior guest checking out on the same day. If there is a same-day check-out, we unfortunately cannot accommodate an early check-in as the apartment will have to be cleaned.
Early check-in requests can be submitted through your Guest Portal for those with access, or directly with our team.
Arriving late?
If your arrival in the apartment is past 21:00, we can arrange to have the key left at a nearby pick-up spot for your convenience.
We ask that you inform our Guest Experience team of early or late check-in requests at least 3 days prior to your arrival so that we can plan accordingly.
Key collection
If you’re worried that you haven’t received instructions on how to access the apartment, don’t fret! Key collection details are sent prior to your check-in date. If you have access to your Guest Portal, you can find this information there as well.
Keys to access the apartment typically come in two forms:
Physical keys
The keys will either be handed to you by one of our Guest Operations team members if you check in during standard operational hours or will be left in a pick-up spot if you arrive later.
Keyless locks
Apartments with keyless systems can be entered through an access code. The codes are changed for every guest.
