Check-in

Your arrival and check-in experience is just as important as the rest of your stay. With our check-in guide, let us set you up so you enjoy the rest of your stay.

To the city from the airport

Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) has two main terminals, each serving specific airlines and routes.

T1

This is the largest terminal, handling a wide range of airlines, including major international carriers and full-service airlines such as Lufthansa, British Airways, Air France, and Qatar Airways.

T2

Located adjacent to Terminal 1, Terminal 2 primarily serves low-cost carriers like Ryanair, Wizz Air, and Norwegian Air Shuttle.

Terminal shuttle bus

Currently, there is no dedicated shuttle service between Terminals 1 and 2 at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER). The terminals are connected by a short, signposted walking path, allowing passengers to move between them easily on foot.

Arriving early?

If you would like to check-in prior to 15:00, we can accommodate this request if there is no prior guest checking out on the same day. If there is a same-day check-out, we unfortunately cannot accommodate an early check-in as the apartment will have to be cleaned.

Early check-in requests can be submitted through your Guest Portal for those with access, or directly with our team.

Arriving late?

If your arrival in the apartment is past 21:00, we can arrange to have the key left at a nearby pick-up spot for your convenience.

We ask that you inform our Guest Experience team of early or late check-in requests at least 3 days prior to your arrival so that we can plan accordingly.
