It’s the easiest way to move around Barcelona like a local.
How to get the discount
1.- Access to the Panot website
2.- Choose your monthly plan
3.- Panot verifies the guest eligibility
4.- Subscription & confirmation
Guests complete a short form with personal and reservation details.
Once approved, Panot sends instructions to pick up the bike.
5.- Bike pick-up: Guests visit the Panot Mobility store to collect their bike. During pick-up:
– The bike is assigned and adjusted
-The Panot App is activated (GPS, alarm, assistance)
-Accessories (phone holder, XL basket) are installed if requested
6.- During the stay: Repairs or support can be requested directly through the Panot App. All Ukio benefits remain active for the full stay.
7.- Bike return: Before leaving Barcelona, guests return the bike to the Panot store. The subscription ends automatically after the bike check-in.
