All good things must come to an end. Here’s what you’ll need to know about the checkout process as you round out your time with Ukio.

Information

We ask everyone to be out of the apartment by 10am, as the cleaners need time to prepare the apartment for the following guests.

Pre departure checklist:

Leave all sets of keys in the apartment
Ensure that you take all your personal belongings
Log out of your streaming accounts on the TV
Remove all foods and beverages from the refrigerator
Dispose of all garbage from the apartment

Note that any repairs, missing items, or extensive cleanings beyond the basic services provided may result in deductions to your security deposit.

Security deposit

Please note that your security deposit amount depends on your apartment and length of stay. As stipulated in your rental agreement, the security deposit will be refunded within 30 days from your date of departure. The amount will be credited to the card we have on file from your booking.
