To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these simple guidelines:

No House Parties: Please keep gatherings small and intimate to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
Quiet Hours: No loud music or noise after 11 PM. We want everyone to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
Cushion Care: Please keep indoor cushions inside and outdoor cushions outside to maintain their quality.

Plants add a special touch to each of our homes. A little care goes a long way!

Indoor plants are in self-watering pots equipped with a water level indicator that needs to be refilled weekly. Please remove the lid and fill with water so that it is between the two red lines, indicating the max. and min.
Outdoor plants operate with self-irrigation systems, so no need to worry about watering them.
Cactus needs to be watered once a month

The health of the plants is important to us, so please reach out if you have any concerns.
