Barcelona
How does cleaning work
Each stay comes with one complimentary cleaning service per month. This includes bedding and towel changes.
How do I request additional cleaning?
Any additional cleaning can be arranged by contacting our Guest Operations team (guests@ukio.com). We kindly ask that you contact us 5 days in advance.
Additional cleaning price
- Home cleaning (without linen change): 50€
- Linens and towel change: 38€
- Home cleaning with linen change: 88€

How does cleaning work
In Lisbon, guests must arrange their own cleaning service, but we can recommend third-party options: OSCAR app & Mais Que Limpar. As an Ukio partner, OSCAR app offers guests a 20% discount on cleaning services.
How do I request additional cleaning?
OSCAR app
- Download the OSCAR app and create an account.
- Select your preferred date and time for cleaning, with at least 24 hours notice.
- In the check-out process, use the code Ukio20.
- Confirm and pay.
Mais que limpar
- You can request a cleaning by completing the form on their website.
- You can also call them directly at +351 933 317 428.
- Mais Que Limpar requires 48 hours notice for all bookings.

In Paris, guests must arrange their own cleaning service, but we can recommend a third-party option: WeCasa.

WeCasa offers a variety of home services, including cleaning and massage sessions. All services can be booked directly on their website.

In Berlin, guests must arrange their own cleaning service, but we can recommend a third-party option: Cleanwhale. As an Ukio partner, Cleanwhale offers guests a 20% discount on a variety of cleaning services.

- Create an account on Cleanwhale.
- Select the service, preferred date and time for cleaning.
- In the check-out process, use the code Ukio20.
